Cancellation Policy
Double Play Cages Membership Terms and Conditions Effective Date: May 4, 2024 ​ By purchasing a membership with Double Play Cages, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our membership services and facilities. ​ 1. Membership Tiers Double Play Cages offers multiple membership options at various price points. Members may choose the plan that best suits their needs. Membership pricing and inclusions are subject to change with prior notice. 2. Billing & Payment Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. All payments are non-refundable and subject to applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in suspension of membership access until resolved. 3. Cancellations Memberships may be canceled by sending a written request to cancellations@doubleplaycages.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Late cancellation requests may result in one final billing cycle before termination. Double Play Cages does not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused sessions. 4. Membership Usage Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual. Unused sessions or facility time do not roll over into the next billing cycle. All members are expected to follow posted facility rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. Violation of these policies may result in termination of membership without refund. 5. Changes to Terms Double Play Cages reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or membership pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website prior to taking effect. 6. Liability Waiver By enrolling in a membership, you agree to release and hold harmless Double Play Cages, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during your participation or while on the premises. Participation is entirely at your own risk. 7.
